When should I arrive? How long is the experience?
Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late. The exhibit is designed to take less than 1 hour for the full experience.
If I miss my entry time or am running late, can I still get in?
At this time, we cannot guarantee entry outside of the entry time on your ticket. If you miss your entry time or arrive late and we are unable to accommodate you, no refunds will be issued.

Banksy 360º, The World’s Most Elusive Street Artist is an unauthorized immersive exhibit in collaboration with Bristol, England – based author Marc Leverton. Marc wrote the book Banksy: Myths and Legends and is a Senior Lecturer at Bath Spa University.
Banksy 360º will debut a brand new imaginative art experience in Ontario. Using cutting-edge projection technology crafted by renowned audiovisual designers, Banksy 360º creates an engaging journey into the work of one of the world’s most legendary, and most notorious street artists.
See over 50 of Banksy’s works of art come alive across multi-media surfaces, and every detail is maximized allowing participants to be completely surrounded by moving images of the artist’s work.
Are there real graffiti walls in the exhibit?
The digital immersive art experience has become wildly popular world-wide. It is a new kind of entertainment that is attracting people of all ages outside of the traditional art world. We do not have any physical work by any of the artists featured, they are projected on giant screens.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.
Exceptions: If the event is postponed, or rescheduled, all ticket holders will have the option to receive a full refund, or reschedule their tickets for a later date. If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
What is your Accessibility Policy?
Access 2 Card: Disabled guests with tickets may bring one support person with them at no extra charge. The Access 2 Card will be required as proof of disability. Please identify your support person when you arrive at the exhibit, and we will assist you.
Is your show wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. While we welcome all guests to use their own personal assistive devices, we do not have wheelchairs or scooters available for rent.
Are there flashing lights? Can the exhibit trigger vertigo or motion sickness?
Yes, Banksy 360° Niagara Falls contains bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions. The moving images, sounds and lights involved in the immersive experience may cause dizziness, motion sickness or vertigo. If this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.
Is seating available?
Seating is limited and is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. As seating is limited, we encourage guests to leave available seating for those with mobility limitations. Portable chairs will not be permitted into the exhibit.
Can I bring my service animal?
Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers and babies are permitted. Children 4 years and younger can enter the show for free.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes. Photos of the event are permissible. Video recording of the event is not allowed. Tripods or professional photography equipment are not allowed in the venue.
Can I bring in food, beverages or bags?
No, food or beverages are not permitted inside the exhibit.
Please leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.
Is this an all-ages exhibit?
Yes, however, viewer discretion is advised due to potentially sensitive content and themes.
